Professional is for one business managing their own WhatsApp marketing — you, your team, your contacts. Reseller is for agencies managing multiple clients — you get sub-tenant workspaces, white-label domains, and the ability to charge your clients directly. If you're running marketing for one brand, get Professional. If you're running marketing for multiple brands (whether your own or your clients'), get Reseller.
The first 50 agencies to subscribe to the Reseller plan during our pre-launch get lifetime price-lock at ₹5,000/mo, plus a direct line to the founder for feature requests, a "Founding Partner" badge, and priority support. Once 50 spots are filled, the program closes and standard pricing applies. The lifetime lock applies to your base subscription — future premium add-ons may carry separate pricing.
Yes — you pay Meta directly through your own Meta Business Account at Meta's published conversation rates. WhatsMark only charges the platform subscription (Free / Professional / Reseller). We never act as a payment intermediary for Meta charges, which is why we can promise 0% markup. Most other platforms bill you a single combined invoice that bundles Meta charges with their own markup; we never do that.
No — we use Meta's embedded signup flow, which lets you connect a WhatsApp number in about 5 minutes. You'll need a Meta Business Account (free to create) and a phone number that can receive Meta's verification. If you're migrating an existing WhatsApp Business number, we have a migration guide that walks you through every step.
Yes, but the number must be migrated from the regular WhatsApp Business App to the WhatsApp Cloud API. This is a one-way migration — once moved, you can no longer use the WhatsApp Business mobile app for that number. We handle the migration setup; Meta handles the actual transfer.
On the Reseller plan, you (the agency) get a master account. Inside it, you create unlimited sub-tenants — one for each client. Each sub-tenant has isolated data, users, contacts, and settings. Clients log in via your custom domain (e.g., dashboard.youragency.com) and never see WhatsMark branding. You manage everything from your master dashboard.
WhatsMark runs on dedicated infrastructure with encrypted data-at-rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and isolated database tenancy. Free plan: nothing to refund. Professional: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions. Reseller: 14-day refund, prorated based on usage. Founding Reseller spots are non-transferable but refundable within the same window.
Yes — full REST API and webhook support on Professional and Reseller plans. Send messages, manage contacts, retrieve conversations, configure bots, and more. Free plan does not include API access. Documentation is at docs.whatsmark.io.
WhatsMark works wherever WhatsApp Business Cloud API works — that's 180+ countries. The platform UI is currently English-only; multi-language UI is on the roadmap. WhatsApp messages themselves can be sent in any language Meta supports.
Free plan: no human support — help docs and community forum only. Professional: chat + email support, replies in hours (not days), with a real call when an issue genuinely needs one. Reseller: priority chat + email queue, replies in hours — no phone calls (agencies prefer async; we keep the channel tight). Founding Resellers: direct WhatsApp line to the founder on top of the standard chat + email queue.
The biggest items: AI Assistant (knowledge-base-trained agent that handles inbound chats), mobile apps for iOS and Android, advanced campaign A/B testing, and deeper CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). We publish roadmap updates at whatsmark.io/changelog.
