Marketing-class broadcasts (fundraising appeals to people who haven't donated yet) require an explicit marketing opt-in. WhatsMark tracks consent per contact and per message category.

Yes. Connect Razorpay (India), Stripe (international), or any payment processor with webhook support. The donation template includes a generated payment link; the donor taps, pays, and a thank-you with the 80G certificate flows back automatically. The donation event writes to your CRM via webhook.
