For students under 18, parental consent is the legal anchor โ capture it explicitly when the parent provides their number, log it against the contact, and surface it in your audit trail. WhatsMark records consent state on every contact and lets you scope marketing messages to parent-confirmed contacts only.
Yes. Connect Razorpay, Stripe, or any payment processor; their webhook generates a payment link, and the link is delivered via a WhatsApp template message. The student or parent taps the link, pays, and a confirmation flows back automatically. Receipts are sent on the same channel.

Meta's policy: free-form replies to a customer's incoming message are allowed for 24 hours after their last message. After 24 hours of silence, you must use an approved template. WhatsMark's template builder handles the approval workflow and reminds counselors which conversations are still in the free-form window vs. need a template.
